Mrs Nakum started her Montessori journey when she moved from England to the United States. She has been teaching for more than fifteen years. Part of her teaching experience includes being an educator at an international school in Zurich, Switzerland as well as having experience working as an administrator at a Montessori school for two years. Later on in her career, she decided to become a certified Parenting Coach.

She earned degrees in B.S in Child Development concentrated in preschool, as well as a Montessori teacher in Early Childhood from Maryville University. She is also a certified parenting coach from Jai Institute.

As a mother of two young adults and a teenager as well as being a Montessori teacher, her world has always been about understanding and supporting children.

She believes all children deserve to be guided and loved by the best version each of us have to offer them as parents and/or teachers.
